Because our products are digital and delivered instantly — proxy bandwidth and static proxy lines are provisioned to your account immediately upon purchase — all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
Prepaid balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. They do not expire, so any balance you have purchased remains available in your account for future use.
Proxy resources are allocated and consumed in real time, and access is granted the moment a purchase completes. Once delivered, these resources cannot be returned or reclaimed. For this reason, and consistent with standard practice for instantly-delivered digital goods, we operate a strict no-refund policy.
We strongly encourage you to start with the smallest available quantity to confirm that our proxies meet your needs and are compatible with your intended use before purchasing larger amounts. Because we do not offer refunds, purchasing a small test quantity first is the best way to evaluate the Service. Our team is available through our Discord community to answer questions before you buy.
If you experience a technical problem with the Service, contact us through our support channels and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve it. Assistance with a technical issue does not entitle you to a refund. We do not guarantee any specific speed, uptime, success rate, IP availability, or compatibility with any particular target or platform, and the unavailability or underperformance of any specific proxy, pool, or location does not constitute grounds for a refund.
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first — we want to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with us is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any right you may have that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law of your jurisdiction. Where such non-waivable rights apply, this policy applies to the fullest extent permitted alongside them.
